Center for Computational Biology and Bioinformatics Research Analyst.
- Worked for the IUSM Bioinformatics Core under Dr. Liu. Collaborated with researchers from multiple institutions to assist in data analysis and biomedical data management.
- Developed the main pipeline for alterantive splicing and epigenetics research and for integrating these algorithms in a new production system.
